Pension Design Services, Inc. specializes in the design and installation of qualified plans. Drawing on the more than 35 years experience of its president, Steven I. Alin*, PDS is always on the leading edge of the plan design concepts that best suit the needs of any size business.  These plans are developed in conjunction with the client's legal and tax advisors, and are turned over to our administrative staff, who perform comprehensive annual services for the plans.  Our staff includes pension professionals with years of hands-on experience in the qualified plan field.

*Steven I. Alin is an Enrolled Actuary, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, a Member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries and a past Member of the Pension Committee of the Actuarial Standards Board.  He has lectured extensively before professional groups of all types and has authored articles on the benefits area in assorted publications.
